Infantino Asks "common sense" between FC Barcelona and UEFA

The general secretary stands out in an interview that both entities can arrive to an agreement to avoid that they sanction to the FC Barcelona. In full electoral campaign also pleads for to suppress the triple sanction that gives in the parties of penalti, red and expulsion

The general secretary of the UEFA and candidate in the next elections to president of the FIFA, Gianni Infantino, has spoken for "MD" on the sanction imposed by his organisation to the FC Barcelona because of the case of the "estelades". Also it has given his opinion on the things that would want to change in what the rules of the football and to die his opinion on entering the technology in the parties.

"I prefer not speaking of disciplinary cases in these moments. The case is in hands of the Committee of Appeal, perhaps afterwards can go to the TAS (Court of Arbitration of the Sport). It is better to not to pronounce me, more being general secretary of the UEFA, now am, besides, in full electoral campaign. But I think that between people with common sense can speak of everything, explain each part the arguments and finish arriving to an agreement without greater problems. Between Barça and UEFA has to prevail the common sense", explained Infantino.

Asked already by the changes that would tackle in case to arrive to president of the maximum world-wide organism of the football, Infantino surprised affirming that with him would finish one of the worst nightmares of a defence (or any player) that it is the penalti, red and expulsion. "The triple sanction (penalti, red and expulsion) is the most absurd thing that exists, obviously, it is necessary to change it the before possible. I plead for this now and more if I am president of FIFA", commented.

It is the passion, the heart, the life of a lot of people in the world. Therefore it is necessary to go with a lot of care in changing the rules of the game. But what have to do is to conciliate of serious way the technology applied to the football. That things inside the technology can help, for real, to improve the game and the level of the football. The debate is not technology yes or no, on the contrary, is to see if it can help or no and in which measure", concluded
