"Disconformidad And unrest": the reaction of the crags to the controversial decision of Laporta

The FC Barcelona announced this Saturday his decision to break relations with The Confederació World-wide of Penyes. It results all a very unexpected movement and that left to the fans culés very surprised. It treats of a conflict with scarce precedents and that was calmed. However, with the arrival of the managerial board of Joan Laporta has finished for breaking the bond with said organism.

Afterwards of the official announcement by part of the Barcelona club, the reaction of the mentioned entity did not take in arriving. The organ has answered to the Catalan entity through a communiqué in which they show his "his surprise and unrest by the decision and the communiqué issued this noon by the FC Barcelona". Said organisation manifested to feel despised by the institution culé, as in his opinion no took them into account , neither to them neither to the agreement signed between both.

"The Confederació World-wide of Penyes regrets that the Managerial Board of the FC Barcelona have despised the organs of the movement, chosen democratically to represent legally", expressed the organisation through his official communiqué. The next days will be key to know the scope of this problematic extradeportiva between the Barça and the group of Penyes Barcelona.

The defence of the fans culé

The organism has pleaded for the defence of the fans of the Barcelona club in his communiqué, as it has highlighted that all the decisions adopted are taken of democratic way. Therefore, the group of Penyes emplaza to a meeting of the executive "formed by the presidents of the 30 territorial federations, to value these events and agree the decisions that estimate timely for the sake of the movement peñístico and in the defence of his irrefutable rights and democratic values and barcelonistas".

"The Confederació World-wide of Penyes wants to manifest his surprise and unrest by the decision and the communiqué issued this noon by the FC Barcelona, in which it moves the unilateral rescission, by part of the Club, of the valid agreement subscribed in 2019 with the movement peñístico, as well as of his decision of not recognising the legitimacy of the Confederation. This is an independent body, legally constituted, that represents the 30 federations and the more than 1.250 crags delivered by all the world, grouping a total of 163.000 peñistas, of which 18.500 are, at the same time, partners of the Barça.

The Confederació World-wide of Penyes regrets that the Managerial Board of the FC Barcelona have despised the organs of the movement, chosen democratically to represent legally to all his associated in front of the Club, without that it have been possible consensuar neither defend the force of the agreements. Neither it has given answer to the predisposition of the Confederació to establish conversations to reach other new, from the good understanding that, until date of today, there has been historically between the Barça and the community of crags.

In the next days, the Confederació World-wide will summon his executive organ, the Council of Crags, formed by the presidents of the 30 territorial federations, to value these events and agree the decisions that estimate timely for the sake of the movement peñístico and in the defence of his irrefutable rights and democratic values and barcelonistas".
