The market of signings estival already has begun and the FC Barcelona does not want to lose time. In the next days will announce the traspasos of Franck Kessié and Andreas Christensen, like free agents, and the culés expect to have economic capacity to concretise more operations from the next week. Now, the Barcelona entity is forced to sell 15% remaining for dejar to depend on the rule '1 to 3' to the hour to inscribe footballers. As they are the things right now, the Barça has to free thrice what costs a footballer for the mass salarial, but in what it concretise the sale of the television rights, will happen to a normal situation with the '1 to 1'.

The name of Bernardo Silva also is on the table of the culés, but depends only of the exit of Frenkie of Jong, that right now seems complicated.
