Xavi Hernández conceded an interview in which it cleared his position in front of the next elections to the presidency of the FC Barcelona and the precandidatos Joan Laporta and Víctor Font
"I am an active of the Barça and do not want to be proactivo of any candidate. Have become friends with the two and wish them or better to the two, want them a lot to both. With Font have had a lot of relation in the last five years, in which we have spoken of the future of the Barça and of his needs to sportive level. And with Laporta, that have not known that it presented till lately, have a lot of tuning. It has been the best president that have had in the Barça".
