The garrafal error of the Barça in the agenda of the Assembly

The FC Barcelona summoned this Friday 5 June, of official form, for the day 20 June (Sunday) the celebration of the Ordinary General Assembly of Partners Compromisarios of the club. Undoubtedly an assembly of maximum importance for the present and immediate future of the Barcelona institution because of the big calado of the decisions that will have to take, especially in the economic area.

The agenda of the first assembly of Joan Laporta like president of the FC Barcelona, consists of eleven points. The number 7, "Report and approval of the proposal of reform of the Statutes", breaks precisely what prays the own Bible of the club: the statutes. Sure enough, in the chapter 8 corresponding to the "Modification of the Statutes", says in the Article 81 (Procedure of modification of the Statutes) that "this proposal has to subject to the formality of public information to the partners during a minimum term of twenty days".

Assembly before 30 June

It is important to highlight that the resolutions of the Government of Catalonia by the effect of the pandemia gave time to the end of season to celebrate the assembly, always in the case that no prorrogara the state of alarm, that has not been the case. Therefore, it was predictable that the club carried out the assembly at most before finalising the season, on 30 June.
