Registrations in LaLiga: A headache for Barça

4. A certificate made by the Secretary of the Board of directors or Managerial Board, with the seen well of the president of the SAD or club, that declare that the amount of the signing does not surpass 20% of the budget.
5. A document that accept the norms FIFA about the cession of players to the selection of the country of the footballer.
6. Demand of application of permission of work and residence.

Process of registration

On the other hand, in the form of the registration of a footballer are requested the basic data of the player (name, the surnames, the nationality, the place and the date of birth of the player to inscribe), as well as his residence, DNI, name of the club that inscribes him, the team in which it was inscribed previously, date and signature of the contrary, as well as of the secretary of the club and his medical review.

Said recaudos have to be attached by the club when it make the LNFP.
