The judge Carmen Lamela has refused the request of the ex president of the Barcelona Sandro Rosell to unblock his banking accounts. The director like this had requested it when understanding that the quantity of money by the biene impounded rose to almost 25 million euros, that surpassed in 10 the quantity that pretended guarantee and to be able to face up to a series of particular payments.
The judge Lamela refuse all the requests of the ex president of the Barcelona when understanding that it has not existed any extralimitación of the banking entities in the fulfillment of the agreed by her.
It remembers that it investigates a crime of bleaching that rises to 14.973.328 of euros and thus, the pecuniary responsibilities that could arise of the infringements investigated would rise to a fine of 44.919.984 euros, a quantity to which it would be necessary to add a thirty percent ( art 575.1 LEC) by what the total quantity would rise to 58.395.979 euros, like this as "the value of the goods impounded and blocked to the Mr. Rosell -concludes the judge- that his letrado fixed in 24.798.924 euros is very inferior to the sum that it would be necessary to guarantee".
The judge descarta also that the goods and accounts impounded are the only with which explain Rosell to face up to determinate costs. The magistrate certifies that the investigated "possesses or possessed bottoms abroad ( more than 10 million euros)".
Rosell, adapted to his new life
