"Som Gent Normal" will present to the elections of the Barça

Jordi Farré has confirmed that his group will present to the elections to the presidency of the Barcelona and has asked to Bartomeu that they summon in a normal day of party

Jordi Farré, visible head of the group "Som Gent Normal" ("Are Normal People"), has announced that pretends to present to the elections to the presidency of the FC Barcelona. It thinks it do with a candidature without any member that have been director before and affirms that has resolved the subject of the guarantees, that could rise to some 75 million euros.

Jordi Farré already has done some movements of face to some future elections to the presidency and says that his candidature has a sportive director, but does not have desvelado the name. In fact, it has not given a lot of more details of his program. Has a clear message, however, for Josep Maria Bartomeu: it is necessary to summon the elections in a day of party in the Camp Nou.

The elections, between 15 March and on 15 June

The elections to the presidency of the FC Barcelona could celebrate between 15 March and on 15 June and, to be possible, in day of party in the Camp Nou. According to the statutes of the club, "when the announcement was consequence of the ending anticipated of the mandate of the managerial board, with nomination of managing commission (...) The announcement will make by this commission inside the three following months to the takeover of the charges. The elections to the presidency of the club will celebrate between 15 March and on 15 June immediately previous to the ending of the mandate, except that this was not possible for treating of the supposition regulated in the article 32.4 of nomination of managing commission. In any case, it is necessary to procure that the elections celebrate in a day in that it contest in the Camp Nou a party of official competition of the first team of football of the club".

This would suppose that the elections could carry out on 10 May (party with the Real Sociedad) or on 24 May (last party of league, against the Sportive). When treating of an ending of mandate anticipated of the board, the statutes add that "the new board will initiate the mandate from the moment of the takeover, that will produce inside the ten natural days following to the date of the election. In this supposition, the length of the mandate will be of five natural years complete, more the time comprised between the day of the takeover and the first 1 July following to the takeover".

Laporta Is the big favourite in all the surveys

It is the big favourite in all the surveys to go back to be president of the Barça. Once announced the announcement of elections Joan Laporta has not wanted neither confirm neither deny that it will be candidate. It expressed that "in front of the situation, what does fault now, more than ever, is to encourage to the team for the sake of the Barça". Respecto The elections has showed cutting when affirming that already it would pronounce when it consider it timely, according to him "to preserve the stability of the club".

Asked if had win to go back to be president of the Barça has said that "is prepared for this, that had win to do it and that this is his state of spirit". However, it has reaffirmed in indicating that in his moment already would decide.
