The Barça criticises the "abnormal celerity" of the case Neymar

Hours after it have trascended the processing of the FC Barcelona, like juridical entity, of Sandro Rosell and of the current president Josep Maria Bartomeu, the Barcelona club has answered through an official communiqué to the dictámen of the judge Ruz.

The Barça defends that "it has not committed any crime" and that will interpose a resource against the resolution of the judge Ruz. In his record, the magistrate considers that Rosell and Bartomeu could incur in three crimes against the Public Inland revenue and will judge them to them, and to the club like juridical body, by a presumptive crime of fiscal fraud in the signing of Neymar.

In his communiqué, the FC Barcelona puts of self-evident his indignation for having known the content of the resolution through the means and complains of the "abnormal celerity" of all the procedural rhythm.
