The Barça launches a communiqué on the Case Neymar

The FC Barcelona launched this Friday a communiqué on the Case Neymar in which it informed that the National High Court has estimated the resources presented by the club, declaring incompetent in a case that will investigate from now in the courts of Barcelona

As it has informed the own FC Barcelona through a communiqué published in the official web page of the club, the National High Court has accepted the resources of appeal presented by the entity culé in the Case Neymar and has declared incompetent, moving now the investigations to the courts of Barcelona so that it continue here with the judicial process. In this sense, the FC Barcelon has gone back to ensure that has special confidence in that the power of the courts will do justice and will finish dictaminando the innocence of all the involved.

"The process has been sustanciando by a judicial organ declared today incompetent, as it understood always from the club, by what promoted the question of the competition, of which today has had news in favourable sense. The FC Barcelona wants to put of self-evident his absolute confidence in the courts and that the behaviour of his directors always has adjusted to the right, trusting his technical defence for the straight application of the right", has communicated the club.

They asked prison for Bartomeu and Rosell

They estimated that the Barça defrauded to Inland revenue 13 million euros during the incorporation of the Brazilian star to the rows of the Barcelona club, and thus the Fiscalía asked 2 years and 3 months of prison for Bartomeu and 7 years and 6 months for Sandro Rosell by other two more committed crimes in 2011 and 2013.
