The Barça reiterates his innocence in the "Case Neymar"

The FC Barcelona has issued an official communiqué like reaction to the request of the public prosecutor José Perals, that has requested penalties of prison for the Barcelona president and his predecessor, Sandro Rosell, from among two and seven years. Bartomeu reaffirms that it will present to the elections

The public prosecutor of the National High Court, José Perals, has requested penalties of prison for the president of the FC Barcelona, Josep Maria Bartomeu, and his predecessor, Sandro Rosell, by the "Case Neymar". In concrete, has asked two years and three months for Bartomeu -and a fine of almost 4 million euros- and seven years and half for Rosell and a fine of 25 million euros.

The request also includes also a fine for the club of 22 millions. In front of this news, the FC Barcelona has reacted with an official communiqué where has reiterated his total innocence fruit of a subject that only has a character tributario and no penal. The juridical discrepancies will have to dirimir in administrative headquarters and no in the National High Court.

According to the Barça, "the juridical world has done echo of the course of the process and of his result and has considered it improper. Also it considers improper the celerity of the juridical operators involved in this subject". Besides, the Barcelona president, in front of what considers a "big injustice", reiterates that it will continue forward with his intention to present to the next elections to the presidency of the club.

Agreements of the Managerial Board

During the ordinary meeting of the managerial board also have taken the following agreements:

- Reiterate that it considers the Stadium Santiago Bernabéu the most adapted stage for the dispute of the next final of the Glass of Rey, since it would be the installation where could gather more partners.

- Hire the multinational Ernst & Young for the control and audit of the process of adjudication of the works of the new Miniestadi, corresponding to the first phase of the New Space Barça, that will present this Friday day 27, to the 12 hours, in the Sportive City.

- Renew by a year the agreement with Panasonic TV Devices like partner global.
