The Barça wins the case by the exploitation of The Farm

The Section 16ª of the Provincial Audience of Barcelona has confirmed the sentence dictated by the Court of First Instance 25, of Barcelona, in which desestimaba the demand interposed by MCM Advertising, SL against the FC Barcelona
A good news for the FC Barcelona. The Provincial Audience of Barcelona has desestimado the demand interposed by MCM Advertising to the Barcelona club in relation with the agreement of advertising exploitation of the façade of the Farm.
According to this judicial resolution, the FC Barcelona did not have any contractual obligation to collaborate in the research of possible companies interested in inserting advertising in this façade and, therefore, did not commit any incumplimiento. Like this then , the club wins an important battle in the courts.

The Audience ascertains that MCM Advertising, SL neither installed the screens of leds, neither contributed an alone proposal of employers interested in publicitarse in this space.
In November of the year 2013 MCM Advertising, SL interposed a demand in which it demanded the resolution of the agreement of advertising exploitation of the façade of the Farm by incumplimiento of the FC Barcelona, and requested the conviction to the payment by part of the Club of 99.300.000 euros in concept of damages and damages.
The sentence dictated by the Provincial Audience of Barcelona ratifies the whole refusal of the demand, by what condemns MCM Advertising, SL to the payment of the judicial coasts that, in this case, will surpass the 900.000 euros.
