The FIFA 'recommend' to the Barça that do not inscribe to Burn Turan

According to the official communiqué of the FC Barcelona of the past Friday, the information that has done to arrive the FIFA to the Barcelona club on the refusal to the registration of Burn Turan by Rafinha would treat only of a merely informative text, without resolution to the request posed

The FC Barcelona made an official communiqué this past Friday in which it warns that the information that has arrived them of the FIFA on the registration of Burn Turan by the place of the lesionado Rafinha Alcántara is merely informative, without any official resolution. In this, the maximum organism of the world of the football urged to the Barça to not inscribing to the Turkish since the RFEF is not in conditions to be able to do it.

It is thus that from the club blaugrana affirmed in the communiqué that "the communication of the FIFA has not resolved the request posed by the FC Barcelona"  since "it has limited to manifest to title merely informative that, in his opinion, the RFEF is not in conditions to inscribe to the player". That is to say, the exposed by the FIFA only informs and does not resolve the request made officially by the juridical services of the club for with the registration of the international Turkish.
