The Fiscalía descarta the indictment of Joan Laporta against the Barça

Before there is answer of the court of instruction number 22 of Barcelona by the request of the ex president of the FC Barcelona Joan Laporta after oponerse to the pact arrived between club, Fiscalía and Legal profession of the State, has been the second the one who has showed his contrariedad by the indictment. The Fiscalía considers that Laporta makes a mistake in his indictment.

According to this, sustain that the performance of Laporta against the pact by the case Neymar does not obey "the defence of legitimate interests to participate in the straight administration of justice". It will be the judge the one who have to answer attending to both requests and deciding if it gives the reason to Laporta, admitting to formality the request and freezing the pact, or refuses it.

The past 20 June the ex maximum Barcelona mandator sent a writing to the court oponiéndose to the agreement that had reached the Barça with the Fiscalía and the Legal profession, and requested personarse like "part prejudiced by the nefasta management of the directors investigated".

According to the writing, exposed by the agency "EFE", the Fiscalía sustains that "the object of the present procedure is not to determine if the management of the directors (previous and present) was nefasta or, by against, hit", but if they incurred in a fiscal crime.

"In such conditions results obvious that the true interest of the part appeared is not the defence of legitimate interests, of selfless way, for like this participate in the straight administration of justice, but another very diverse (that this Ministry does not go to describe for resulting the same clearly evidenciado in the own writing presented), and that, to the light of it precedentemente exposed, desautoriza definitively said pretended personación", concludes.
