The public prosecutor refuses the request of Sandro Rosell

The fiscalía has refused the request of Sandro Rosell to move the "case Neymar" to a court of Barcelona. In his writing, the public prosecutor criticises the demand of the defence of the ex president of the Barça because in his opinion has "the evident purpose to dilate the procedure"

The Fiscalía of the National High Court has showed against of the request of the ex president of the FC Barcelona Sandro Rosell that the "case Neymar" carry it a court of Barcelona, ??A pretence that, in his opinion, has the "evident purpose to dilate the procedure".

In a report, the public prosecutor José Perals affirms that it does not proceed in this moment pose the inhibition to a court of the Catalan capital, since the National High Court is competent because it treats of a crime committed by a Spanish (Rosell) abroad, considering that in Brazil signed one of the agreements of the signing and there transferred the money.

The public prosecutor remembers that in this case it follows investigating, with regard to Rosell, the crimes of undue appropriation by disloyal administration or crime societario, and the facts have not changed. "The fact object of the procedure and of the present investigation keeps on being the same: the performance of an administrator, distracting bottoms for other distinct ends to the marked by the society, in damage of this, distraction that produces and consummates abroad", affirms Perals.

These data were those that in principle attributed the competition to the Audience, but add new facts that reinforce that it was this court the one who know the cause. Other arguments so that the cause remain in the Audience is that it is not the moment to pose the inhibition, a question that had to have asked in his case the own judge (in this case Pablo Ruz), and there are not " new data" that motivate that it was necessary to move it to Barcelona.

The Fiscalía of the National High Court already has asked to Ruz that close the instruction of the "case Neymar" and carry to trial FC Barcelona, ??Like legal person, Rosell and the current president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, by fiscal crimes and a crime societario in the signing.
