The Saints will report to the FC Barcelona if it does not pay by Neymar Jr

The Saints has made public a communiqué in which it asks to the Barcelona that pay the two million euros that theoretically the Barcelona club has to credit to the Brazilian in concept of clause after Neymar have been included in the podium of the Balloon of Gold 2015

New confrontation between the Saints and the FC Barcelona in relation to the traspaso of Neymar Jr, and in concrete around one of his clauses. The Saints has made public in the last hours a communiqué in which it has gone back to ask to the FC Barcelona that pay the two million euros that has to him after Neymar Jr have gone in in the podium of the Balloon of Gold 2015, since precisely that was one of the clauses stipulated in the agreement of the player. The Barça took the decision does some days to delay to the maximum the payment because of the investigations on the secrets of the signing of Neymar that follow opened partly by fault of the Saints, and the result has been an extensive letter in which the club "Peixe" asks to the Barça the payment of the two millions:

"Santos Futebol Clube ("SFC") wishes to answer publicly in front of his fans to the questions aroused after the recent publication of a supposed letter of the Football Club Barcelona ("FCB") of date 14 December 2015. The originals of said letter never were received by the SFC and the SFC could not be more at variance with the content of the same.

On 31 May 2013, the Saints transferred the federative rights of Neymar Jr to the FCB by a price of 17,1 million euros more a premium of 2 million euros in case that the player resulted finalist of the prize FIFA World Player. However, like result of the instruction of the designated "Case Neymar" against the FCB and his directors in front of the Spanish courts, the SFC has had news that in reality the FCB paid by the traspaso of the player around 80 million Euros. According to the information reported by the media, even in the days that preceded to the final of the World-wide of Clubs of 2011 (when Neymar Jr. Still it was player of the SFC), the FCB would have paid quantities to the player by his traspaso.

To the light of the previous and place that the SFC was the only with right to perceive quantities by the traspaso of the rights of the player, SFC interposed a demand of arbitration in front of the FIFA to demand an equivalent compensation to the difference between the 17,1 million euros received and the rest of the quantities paid by the FCB to third in relation with the traspaso of the player. In the case that the FIFA conclude that the behaviours of the FCB, his directors and of the player comport rapes to the regulations of the FIFA, the FIFA will be able to impose them sanctions. However, this decision competes only to the FIFA and the SFC does not have way to interfere in the same.

The SFC asks respect to the confidentiality that impera on the procedure of arbitration of the FIFA and urges to the parts involved in the same so that they abstain to violate said obligation of confidentiality. On the other hand, in another clear example of incumplimiento contractual, seems that the FCB says in his letter that will not effect the payment because of the SFC by the nomination of Neymar Jr like finalist of the prize FIFA World Player. The formal obstacles purportedly alluded by the FCB so that it make the payment in reality do not exist. Therefore, the FCB would be using mere curtains of smoke to try evade his contractual obligations. It does not have to forget that it is precisely the FCB the one who is being object of criminal and fiscal investigations in Spain, by what only the FCB has to subject to audits and verifications.

So prompt receive officially the correspondence of FCB, the SFC will send an owed answer to the same. SFC Reserves the right to initiate those that legal actions are necessary to preserve his rights and, likewise, to earn all the quantities that are him owed".
