The Supreme cancels an important fine to the FC Barcelona

As it has trascended this Tuesday to the press, the High court of the Spanish state has given the reason to the FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Seville FC in his litigio with Mediapro and has cancelled the sentence with which the National High Court had fined to said clubs, to instances of the National Commission of the Market and the Competition, by purportedly have violated the norms of this.

In an indictment that did reference to the rape of these norms when selling the television rights, the three clubs will not have to pay the important fines with which had been sentenced. Some fines that depended on the agreements signed by said teams with Mediapro in 2010. Although the National High Court had refused in first instance the resources presented by them, the Supreme has given them the reason.

The fines that said entities had to have paid went in consonance to the agreements that had signed with the company of Jaume Roures. Therefore, andl Real Madrid no longer will have to pay the 3,9 million euros that demanded him , as well as the 3,6 that asked him to the FC Barcelona or the 900 one thousand euros of the Seville FC. 

The confirm of all this gave with the sentence of the own National High Court of fourteen July 2016, after the allanamiento of the Lawyer of the State.
