Bartomeu substitutes to Rosell in the ECA

The president of the FC Barcelona, Josep Maria Bartomeu, has been appointed member of the Strategic Committee of Professional Football of the UEFA until 2015, date in that it finalises the mandate of the board of government of this organism. The nomination, agreed in the meeting of Lisbon of the ECA (European Association of Clubs) taking advantage of the final of the League of Champions, comports to happen to form part of the executive committee of this organism.

Bartomeu substitutes in these functions the ex Barcelona president Sandro Rosell, that at the beginning of this year left to exert his charges inside the institution after renouncing like president of the FC Barcelona. With this nomination the Barcelona club ensures the presence in the organ of direction of one of the more representative and strategic organisms of the European football.
