The European Association of Clubs (ECA) celebrates in Barcelona his General Assembly with the presence, for the first time, of Josep Maria Bartomeu like president of the Barça
The ECA organised this Monday a dinner of gala in the Liceu. Bartomeu assisted to the dinner, together, among others, to Karl Heinz Rummenigge, Ferran Soriano or Emilio Butrageño. This Tuesday celebrates in the Hotel W of Barcelona the 12ª General Assembly, the most important subject of which will be the one of the current system of transfers between clubs, that has been modified by the FIFA.
Josep Maria Bartomeu debuts like president of the Barça in a meeting of the European Association of Clubs. Already it had assisted like sportive president. In this occasion accompanies him Jordi Mestre, the current sportive vice-president Barcelona. Also they will assist like invited the general secretary of the UEFA, Gianni Infantino, and the director of competitions, Giorgio Marchetti.
A good part of the assistants to this assembly visited the Masia this Monday. Precisely, another of the subjects to treat is the one of the feasibility of the Youth Champions League, sponsored by the UEFA and that substitutes to which knew like The NextGen Series.
