Luis Suárez declared in front of the TAS during five hours

The forward of the Barça, Luis Suárez already has declared in front of the TAS, in Switzerland. The Uruguayan forward has displaced accompanied of his lawyers and of the boss of the juridical services of the Barça, Toni Freixa. The player has appeared during five hours in front of the court, and in these moments still there is not any resolution. The Barça expects that the TAS review the sanction of the FIFA, reduce it and leave without effect the prohibition that the player train with his team.

To three and average of the afternoon, Luis Suárez abandoned the headquarters of the Court of the Arbitration in the Sport in Lausana after having been declaring during five hours. The Uruguayan forward, once has abandoned the headquarters, has directed to the airport to put course again to Barcelona and expect the resolution that foresees for the next week. The Uruguayan forward, worldwide known for having bitten to the Italian Giorgio Chiellini during the World-wide of Brazil, appeared in front of the Court of Arbitration of the Sport to present allegations on his case. The highest sportive court had quoted him to him and to his lawyers.

The Disciplinary Commission of the FIFA sanctioned Suárez with the prohibition to play nine parties -an already fulfilled it during the World-wide- and an inhabilitación during four months for "exerting any class of activity related with the football". The FIFA considered culprit to Suárez to having violated the article 48, section 1d of the Disciplinary Code of the FIFA (CDF) for assaulting to another player, and the article 57 of the same code to commit an offence to the sportsmanship.

The Barça and the Uruguayan Federation of Football resorted against this sanction, but the resource was refused by the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA, by what the only entity that could recess the punishment to Suárez would be the TAS , that will apply a procedure "exprés" so that the dispute can resolve before it finalise the first fortnight of August.

The idea of the defence of the Uruguayan forward is that the TAS determine that they apply measures cautelares while it resolves the case, and like this the player will be able to participate in the sportive events to which summon it the FC Barcelona. Since Suárez fichó by the Barça, the player has not been able to fulfil any administrative formality, since the lawyers of both parts requested that all the world was very escrupuloso with the procedure to avoid a confrontation with the FIFA. In fact, the prohibition of the FIFA includes even the impossibility to present to the player.
