The UEFA has imposed to PSG and Manchester City a hard sanction for breaking the "fair play" financial that consists in a fine conditioned of 60 million euros and the limitation to have at most to 21 players inscribed the next course in the Champions League

The sanction has produced to consequence to having broken the norms of financial balance. The UEFA has announced recently the sanction that will receive Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain by no said norms. Both clubs will have to pay a fine of 60 million euros, of which, if they fulfil the economic norms of the next year, only will have to pay 20. 

Besides, only they will be able to inscribe to 21 players to contest the Champions League the next season. In a communiqué, the Manchester City has engaged to reduce his cost in signings for the next seasons and to not going up the wages of his footballers year after year. According to the norms of the UEFA, besides, the clubs that contest the Champions can not have losses of more than 45 million euros.

Weeks backwards already advance that the UEFA had to punish to Manchester City and PSG by his inappropriate financial behaviour, that has caused in the last times that put up the price of notably the market of signings and also the wages of the players, increasing besides the economic difference with the most modest clubs of the Premier League and Tie it 1.
