Josep Lluís Núñez has resorted the decision of the Audience of Barcelona to order his entry in prison. The ex president of the FC Barcelona has a pending conviction of two years and two months for bribing to inspectors of Inland revenue, but tries to postpone his fulfillment until the Spanish government resolve his request of reprieve
Núñez has presented a resource of súplica in the section ninth of the Audience of Barcelona, the same that the past week desestimó the request of the constructor to suspend provisionally his entrance in prison waiting for the possible reprieve. His son Josep Lluís Núñez and Navarro, condemned to the same penalty and that also has asked the reprieve, has not presented resource, but still has time to do it.
