Rosell defends the legality in the signing of Neymar

Sandro Rosell has declared this morning in front of the judge Pablo Ruz in the National High Court. Rosell has arrived punctual to the headquarters of the Audience. The ex president has defended in front of the judge Pablo Ruz the legality of the agreements that served for fichar to the Brazilian forward Neymar; a contracting by which, as it said, the club paid 57,1 million euros. As TV3, Sandro Rosell has explained to the judge that he limited to sign the agreements that did him arrive the juridical services of the club and that, as it ensured, were very elaborated. Also it has sustained that, such as it said at the beginning, the traspaso of Neymar cost 57,1 million euros: 17,1 millions for the Saints by the federative rights and 40.000.000 for the company N & N, property of the father of the player.

The statement of Sandro Rosell has done that it will postpone the one of the general director Antoni Rossich. Ruz Has quoted to the Barcelona entity by a supposed fiscal fraud by value of 9,1 million euros also in the signing of the Brazilian player. Later, the judge quoted to declare to the witnesses of today, after receiving a report of the Agency Tributaria that confirmed that the Barcelona would have committed a fiscal fraud when defrauding to Inland revenue some 9,1 million euros.

The demand can salpicar also the current president, Josep Maria Bartomeu. First, it will be necessary that the judge listen to Sandro Rosell and to the club. And anyway, afterwards it will decide if it imputes to Bartomeu and Javier Faus, the economic vice-president, that also signed the agreement with Neymar. Bartomeu has wanted to remove transcendence to this fact, and in reiterated public appearances already has said that it does not think to resign if it confirmed .
