The Barça confirms the payment of 13,5 millions by Neymar

1.- Refuse that the Club have committed a fiscal crime in relation with the fulfillment of the fiscal obligations derived of the contracting of the player. The Club was advised at all times and the auditor of the Club was always informed and had access to all the documentation of the contracting.

2.- As it has done to date, continue loaning the maximum collaboration with the courts of justice for the esclarecimiento of the facts investigated.

3.- Appear in the penal procedure opened in defence of the Club and of his partners. The partners of the FC Barcelona can have the full security that his club has acted always inside the legality and that his Managerial Board will defend the reputation of the Entity, one of the most representative of our country, with all the consequences and in front of the instances that are necessary.

4.- Manifest that the FC Barcelona always has fulfilled with his obligations tributarias in time and form, and that has kept, in his fulfillment, the most strict collaboration with the Administration Tributaria. The FC Barcelona does not have to at all to Inland revenue.

5.- Reaffirm his conviction that, in relation with the quoted signing, the Club has fulfilled escrupulosamente his fiscal obligations according to the state of knowledge that in his moment had the agreements and businesses subscribed and in accordance with the good contractual faith.

6.- In view of the existence of a possible interpretative divergence on the scope of his fiscal obligations derived of the quoted contracting, for saldar any possible debt tributaria derived of this operation, and with such to defend better the good name and reputation of our Club, the FC Barcelona has proceeded this morning to the presentation of the corresponding autoliquidación complementary. This autoliquidación complementary has a global amount of 13.550.830,56 euros (thirteen millions quinientos fifty thousand eight hundred thirty euros with fifty-six cents), and has like aim give coverage to the eventual interpretations that can give to all the agreements signed with reason of the signing of the player Neymar, although we are convinced of the legality of the initial fulfillment of the fiscal obligations.

7.- That this voluntary regularisation presented in time and form understands without prejudice to that the compliance to right of the debt tributaria was determined definitively by the competent jurisdiction, by what the Club does reservation expresses of actions in this sense.
