The Association by the Defence of the Rights of the Partner of the FC Barcelona has asked to the managerial board of the club that exhaust all the possible legal roads presenting a resource in front of the sentence absolutoria of the board that chaired Joan Laporta
Vicenç Pla, the partner that reported the ex president of the Barça by the subject of the guarantees, is member of this group. As it informs TV3, the Association has sent a burofax signed by his promoter, Robert Blanch, in which it remembers that the exercise of the action of civil responsibility "emanates of an agreement taken by the sovereign organ of the club, the Assembly of Partners Compromisarios".
The group of partners thinks that the club has "of some solid arguments to follow defended his initial position" and that a renunciation to appeal would be very hurtful for the interests of the club.
