The president of the Olympique of Marseilles, Vincent Labrune, and two ancient directors of the club, Claude Dass and Pape Diouf, have been detained by "frauds related with diverse traspasos", between which would be the one of Gignac of the Toulouse to the Olympique in 2010
The headquarters of the club marsellés was registered this Tuesday in the morning in search of proofs that could blame to the current president of the French entity. And all the world has present the subject of the purchase of a party, in the year 1993, by part of the then president of the club, Bernard Tapie, that supposed the administrative descent of the Olympique of Marseilles.
In another totally independent investigation, three French clubs, the Nimes, the Angers and the Fall, are being investigated by presumptive purchase of parties in Second Division the past season. The football of the neighbouring country, in this case, is being examined by the justice.
