The TAS will dictate sentence on the sanction of Luis Suárez this Thursday

The Court of Sportive Arbitration (TAS) has announced in his web page that will make public this Thursday to the 15:00 his resolution in front of the appeal by the sanction that the FIFA imposed him to Luis Suárez during the World-wide of Brazil for biting to Giorgio Chiellini

The Uruguayan forward of the FC Barcelona, Luis Suárez, was sanctioned with 9 parties of suspension with his selection and 4 months of inhabilitación for any activity related with the football after biting in the shoulder the Italian Giorgio Chiellini in a party between the two selections. The Commission of Appeal of the FIFA confirmed the past 10 July the sanction, shortly before that the FC Barcelona closed with the Liverpool the traspaso of the player. 

In front of this decision the Federation of Uruguay and the Barça decided to carry the case to the TAS. The Barcelona club expects a resolution of the TAS that reduce the punishment and Suárez can, like minimum, train with the team. Now, the Court of Sportive Arbitration (TAS) finish to announce that the final resolution will announce this Thursday to the 15.00 hours, by what will be that the moment in which so much the player like the Barça will know if the punishment sees or no reduced, and in which measure.

Luis Suárez declared during 5 hours

The forward of the FC Barcelona, Luis Suárez, declared the past week in front of the TAS, in Switzerland, to try recess his sanction. The Uruguayan star displaced accompanied of his lawyers and of the boss of the juridical services of the Barça, Toni Freixa. It appeared during five hours in front of the court, and in these moments still there is not any resolution. The Barça expects that the TAS review the sanction of the FIFA, reduce it and leave without effect the prohibition that the player train with his team.
