The trial against Laporta will begin on 15 September

The next 15 September will be the date of start of the trial of the action of responsibility with which the current Board of the FC Barcelona sued to the ex president Joan Laporta and sixteen directors of his last Managerial Board to charge of the club

The judge José Manuel Martínez Borrego, of the court of first instance of Barcelona number 39, has fixed on 15 September like the date of start of the trial of the action of responsibility with which the Barça sued to the ex president Joan Laporta and sixteen directors of his last board. Besides, the judge has a time limit until the Friday 7 February to pronounce on if it admits in the demand to other members of the Boards of Laporta from 2003. 

They are the cases, among others, of the ex maximum mandator of the Barcelona club Sandro Rosell and of the current president Josep Maria Bartomeu. To the margin of this decision, Sandro Rosell himself has been quoted to testify, like connoisseur of the matter but no as accused.

This is the program of the ten days from the 15 to 30 September in which it will judge the action of responsibility: 

- Day 15: testificales, in which it will quote to the president of the Barça that exert in the moment (in the actuality, Josep Maria Bartomeu), and the ex managerial Xavier Room i Martin and Alfons Godall. 

- Day 16: testificales, in which it quotes to Sandro Rosell (ex president, but as ex member of the Managerial Board in 2003), Javier Faus (managerial) and Fernando García Ferrer (KPMG) 

- Day 17: testificales, in which it quotes to Joan Oliver (ex general director of the Barça), Marc Ingla (ex director) and Eduard Coll (managerial). 

- Day 18: testificales, in which it quotes to Carles Murillo (ex president of the economic commission), Artur Amich (Deloitte) and José María Fonclara (ex financial director of the Barça). 

- Days 19 and 20: the experts will expose his reports. 

- Days 25, 26, 29 and 30: The conclusions. An hour each part: the Barça more the 16 ex sued, Joan Laporta and the insurance Zúrich.
