The Self-evident association Blaugrana has made public a communiqué in which it explains that it considers that the managerial board of the Barça would have to resign before mediated of the present month of January. Of this way, ensure that it will favour to the "Fair Play"
The Self-evident group Blaugrana, that defends a model of the FC Barcelona in which the partners have to be the owners of the club, considers that all the managerial board of the Barça would have to resign before 15 January to respect "the fair play" institutional that asks Josep Maria Bartomeu.
Bartomeu announced the electoral announcement for next summer, but did not concretise the date, what has raised some controversy. "The most democratic procedure, ethical and correct with regard to the partners and the institution will be the resignation en bloc of the directive no later of the next 15 January and the immediate constitution of a Managing Commission that it will have to direct the club until the elections of final of season", as it ensures Self-evident Blaugrana in a communiqué.
The group recalca that the announcement of the president of the FC Barcelona is "a statement of intentions" and that like the mandate of the current directive will not exhaust -finalises in June of 2016-, the only supposition that collects the Statutes to anticipate some elections is that 75% of the directors -or 50% if it includes the president- resign.
As it has not exhausted the mandate, Self-evident Blaugrana remembers in his communiqué that the elections can not celebrate between the 15 and on 30 June and that the Managing Commission, chaired by Ramon Adell (economic commission) and in which it is present the syndic of the partner (Joan Manuel Trayter), has a time limit of three months to summon elections from his constitution.
