The judge of the National High Court Pablo Ruz has refused the appearance of DIS, company that had part of the rights of the Brazilian player Neymar, in the investigation that carries on the presumptive irregularities of his signing by part of the FC Barcelona
The company DIS alleged that it corresponded him 40% of the 17,1 million euros that paid the FC Barcelona to the Saints by the federative rights of the player, and that the same company considers of low price. Ruz Remembers that in this cause only investigate the crimes of undue appropriation and against the Public Inland revenue, and that in this case the first prejudiced would be the Barça and the second the same Public Inland revenue.
Besides it indicates that if it did not receive the money that corresponded him will have to do this claim to the Saints.
The judge Ruz will continue with the instruction of this case next Tuesday. The ex president of the Barça, Sandro Rosell, and the legal representative of the club, Antonio Rossich, will be quoted to declare.
