Vicenç Pla Resorts the suspension of the guarantees to Laporta

The partner Vicenç Pla will resort the suspension of the guarantees to Joan Laporta and seven directors more. Jointly with the Association for the Defence of the Partner announce a resource in the Audience against the suspension of the guarantees dictated by the judge

Vicenç Pla And the Association for the Defence of the Partner, impulsores of the request of guarantees to Joan Laporta and seven ex directors of the Barça, will resort the judicial sentence that this Monday decided that they did not have to execute the mentioned guarantees.

This situation affects, in addition to to Joan Laporta, to Alfons Godall, Jaume Ferrer, Alfonso Castro, Joan Boix, Josep Cubells, Rafael Yuste and Albert Perrín. In case that the resource was accepted, would have to endorse between all by value of 23,2 million euros. The judge Pascual Nuño of the Pink Loves has desestimado in first instance the execution of the guarantees after receiving a writing signed by the current president of the FC Barcelona, Josep Maria Bartomeu, in which the club renounced to be benefactor of the guarantee.
