The French press has done echo of a study made by the Institute BVA, that has measured the index of popularity of the main footballers of the world between the fans of the country. In these moments, the French would give the Balloon of Gold to Leo Messi instead of to CR7
The newspaper "Him Parisien" has published a poll carried out by the Institute BVA, that has measured the indexes of popularity of the main footballers of the planet between the French fans. Surprisingly, Leo Messi is now the most popular and to the one who the followers of the country "gabacho" would give the Balloon of Gold, with 29% of votes. Afterwards it comes Zlatan Ibrahimovic with 25%, followed of Franck Ribéry with 24% and, in fourth position, Cristiano Ronaldo with 21% of the votes.
In terms of popularity, Messi follows leading the classification with a percentage of 25%, followed of Ibrahimovic (21%), Franck Ribéry (16%) and Cristiano Ronaldo (15%). The study has been made this past week, coinciding with the hecatombe of the Real Madrid in the parties of League against FC Barcelona and Seville, in which CR7 did not shine and Messi, instead, went back to recover his maximum level. In fact, the Argentinian star destapó in the Classical marking a "hat-trick" in the Bernabéu, whereas Christian was disappeared and only marked a goal thanks to a penalti non-existent.
