Condemned! Italian courts confirm the penalty of prison for Robinho

This Wednesday has confirmed one of the worst fears that Robinho, exjugador of the Real Madrid, the Manchester City, the AC Milan, among others clubs, could have. The Court of Appeal of the city of Milan has ratified the penalty of nine years of prison for the footballer, afterwards of the indictment that was imposed against the same by presumptive rape.

This information has been confirmed by Globoesporte, half that also adds that the indictment would extend until Ricardo Falco, fellow of Robinho, the one who also would have participated in the rape. The criminal act would have been committed against an Albanian youngster of 23 years in the year 2013, when the three individuals found in a party in a venue of the city of Milan.

After the statement of the Court of Appeal, the defence of Robinho have 45 days, little more than a month and half, to appeal in front of the Court of Cassation, one of the last instances in the diagram of justice of Italy.
