Mendes Will declare by the case of presumptive fraud of Falcao

Jorge Mendes will declare like investigated the next 27 June in the Court of Instruction number 1 of Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) in the frame of the investigation by the presumptive fiscal fraud committed by the footballer Radamel Falcao 

The sources have added that this same court will be the attendant to investigate the complaint that the Fiscalía of Madrid has presented against the also footballer Cristiano Ronaldo to the that accuses to create a structure societaria to defraud 14,7 million euros of conscious "and" voluntary "form".

Coentrao Also was involved

The Fiscalía also querelló against Fabio Coentrao -player of the Real Madrid as Cristiano Ronaldo- for defrauding 1,29 million euros between 2012 and 2014. To Falcao and to Coentrao imputes them five crimes against the Public Inland revenue as a result of the data remitted by the Agency Tributaria on his fiscal situation.

In the case of Falcao, accuses him to create a structure societaria with the only end to hide to the Spanish Inland revenue the income derived of his rights of image obtained in 2012 and 2013 -822.609 euros and 4.839.253 euros- something that neither presented in the statement of titularity of goods abroad.
