The new FIFA: 94 changes for modernizar the football

The FIFA has promoted, beside the International Football Association Board (IFAB) a package of changes in the regulation to adapt the football to the modern age. They are 94 changes that will test during a year in all the competitions
With the arrival of Gianni Infantino to the presidency of the FIFA and fulfilling with the promises that him auparon until the direction of the maximum world-wide organism of the football, the FIFA has promoted beside the International Football Association Board (IFAB) a total of 94 changes that look for to adapt the balompié to the modern period. Some barters that go from the type of terrain of game to the authority of the referees on the terrain of game.
Said changes went in in force the past 1 June in all the official competitions. These are, resumidos, the main changes in the rule:
-Change in the terrain of game
With the purpose to improve the quality of the terrain of game, the teams will be able to combine the natural lawn with the artificial. Something that already do clubs like the Bayern of Munich, Arsenal or Real Madrid and that próximamente will do the FC Barcelona.
-The footballers
If an acting player, trainer or some member of the team goes in in the terrain of game and interrupts the party, the referee will punish it with penalti or favourable fault for the another team. Likewise, if a person that was not of any of the two teams avoids a goal, the referee will be able to do it go up to the marker.
-The referees
They will be able to expel to a footballer from the moment in which they jump to the terrain of game to inspect the field, but not to admonish it. The cautions only will be available during the development of the game. In case that a player lesiona and the medical body has to go in to attend it, the footballer will not have to abandon the terrain of game.
The referees will be able to add to the time added the lost by the footballers when they drink water.
On the other hand, the parties will be able to begin with the spherical to any direction in the initial kickoff and no to forward, as it happened at present.
The trunk of the player will be the one who mark the offside and no his arm or a leg.
-Desparece The "penalti and expulsion"
No longer it will exist the red card in those occasions designated "self-evident of goal" unless there is an agarrón or clear push, there is not the option to play the balloon neither the intention or his behaviour was clearly merecedora of red card. The offences to the referees will be punished like direct fault or penalti.
-It appears the referee assistant of Video (VARs)
It is the main change of the package promoted by the FIFA and the IFAB. From this moment, the referees will have Referees Assistants of Video (VARs) during the next two years that will employ in actions encircled to goals, red cards, penaltis or errors in the identification of players that commit a punishable action. It will not use for the offside.
-There will be fourth change
The FIFA has accepted to allow a fourth change in the parties that arrive to the extention. It will be then when both teams will have an extra replacement.
