The coronavirus is generating more tension of the usual between the distinct estamentos of the Spanish football. Already it is spare known the bad relation that joins to Luis Rubiales, president of the Real Spanish Federation of Football, with Javier Thebes, his homónimo in LaLiga. But to the of the RFEF could have him gone out another 'enemy' in the Association of Futbolsitas Spanish, that wants to undertake legal actions by purportedly have revealed the audios of a private conversation.
This past Tuesday gathered David Aganzo, of the AFE, Carlos of the Field, of LaLiga, and Luis Rubiales to speak on the turn of the football to Spain. Only a day afterwards, the 'Chain Be' published the audios of this meeting in 'The Crossbar', something that has not liked at all in the AFE, that now looms with reporting to the Federation if it has been the one who has allowed that this information make public . Besides, LaLiga also is posing put another complaint by this same reason.
The Union ensures that they did not give his consent to command the audios to the press and wants to know immediately if it has been the RFEF the one who has revealed the same. "We want an immediate answer on if sure enough it has moved this recording to the emisora of radius and on if it has kept the diligence owed to avoid leak in the terms of the protection required, when being extraneous people to the institution", said in a letter that moved to the Federation.
The AFE goes further and already has left clear that pretends to take legal measures because it considers this infringement a crime by the article 197 of the Penal Code. This article says that "to discover the secrets or vulnerar the privacy of another, without his consent, apodere of his papers, letters, messages of email or any one other documents or personal effects, intercept his telecommunications or use technical artifices of listen, transmission, recording or reproduction of the sound or of the image, or of any another signal of communication, will be punished with the penalties of prison of one to four years and fine of twelve to twenty-four months".
So much Aganzo, like Rubiales and Of the Field allowed that the meeting was recorded. What any of them seems that it allowed was that these audios finish in hands of the media, that is what has finished occurring. Now, from the AFE declare that they have left to trust the Federation for having published purportedly all this. "Have total distrust regarding future meetings", wrote.
The AFE recrimina to the RFEF that look for clash
In these audios that revealed the 'BE', Rubiales is the one who defends to layer and sword to the players above the turn of the football. Aganzo Thinks that what looks for Rubiales is to confront to the AFE with the own footballers so that these see to the RFEF like his table of salvation. For the moment there has not been answer by part of the Federation, although it could have it in the next hours.
