This is how LaLiga would decide in case of permanent suspension

The coronavirus follows keeping in alert to the world-wide population and already is beginning to affect to the world of the sport. If finally the coronavirus avoids that they contest the parties during a prolonged period of time, will be impossible to recover all the complete days and could suspend definitively the championship.

There would be champion of League?

According to the informations published by Sport, the federative regulation collects in the article 188, that treats the "alteration of the competitions and of the periods of registration". East explains that "in case of greater strength or exceptional circumstances, the RFEF will be able to suspend total or partially the competitions, as well as prorrogar or reduce the periods of registrations in coordination, in his case, with the National League of Professional Football, when like this it result legally timely".

The article specifies, in his second point, that "treating of the National Championships of League of First and Second Division, the proposals on the development of the competition, final classification and determination of the victorious clubs, correspond to the LNFP, requiring the previous agreement of the RFEF to carry them to effect". That is to say, LaLiga would decide the champion in agreement with the RFEF and, if there was not consensus, the final decision recaería in Luis Rubiales.
