Ángel María Villar, president of the Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF), after executing the sanction imposed by the FIFA to the Almería by not paying inside the term stipulated the rights of training of the player Michael Jakobsen and subtract him directly three points, now looms with reporting to Spain in front of the same FIFA if it detects interferences by part of the State to try revoke the punishment, as it has advanced this Thursday the newspaper "ABC".

It treats of a manoeuvre more in the pulse between the RFEF and the Upper Council of Sports (CSD) with Miguel Cardinal in command. In similar previous cases, like Matuzalem with the Saragossa or Frankowski with the Elche, did not arrive to apply the punishment since according to the Spanish legislation an organism of private character like the FIFA can not sanction directly to a club or to a sportsman. Then the intervention of the Federation was key to detain the application of the conviction.

This time, however, just when the FIFA pronounces on the case Jakobsen, Villar has taken little more than a month to subtract him the three points to the Almería and leave it in zone of descent with 22 points. According to the disciplinary code of the RFEF, before would have to have gathered with the Committee of Competition, would have to have open file to the club and open a period of allegations and, once taken a decision, the last word would have it the Administrative Court of the Sport that depends directly of the Upper Council of Sports. In front of the possibility to see discredited by Miguel Cardinal, with the one who the president of the RFEF already does time that has desavenencias, Ángel María Villar keeps firm with the sanction and confirms that it is not had to tolerate the intervention of anybody to avoid that the Andalusian club remain with three points less.
