Leo Messi sues to the newspaper "ABC" and asks 202.786 euros

Lionel Messi has interposed a civil demand by intromisión illegitimate in the right to the honour against the newspaper ABC, his director –Bieito Rubido–,and the editor that has elaborated the informations on the foundation of the footballer –Javier Whip–.

The demand, that enciphers a damage in the image of Messi of 202.786 euros, carries date of the past 16 June and refers to the three first reports published on this subject. The procedure instructs in the courts of Gavá, the place in which it resides the footballer.

His lawyers recognise that the NGO has not fulfilled with the minimum investment in projects that demands the law, 70% of the collection, but add that they still have time to do it. Nevertheless, obvian that between 2007 and 2012, six consecutive exercises, the NGO never presented balances of accounts.

The complaint recognises that the "ABC" put in contact with the NGO before publishing the informations and that denied to answer because "the sued pretended to use the statements from the Foundation Leo Messi to endow of some informative legitimacy to his informations, when no like weapon arrojadiza against my represented".
