The agent of Leo Messi, Guillermo Marín, has been quoted to declare in the cause on bleaching of money in charitable parties. It investigates if some determinate sportive events and musical have served to "wash" money of the drug trafficking in Colombia

The Upper Court of Justice of Madrid has quoted like witness to the representative of Lionel Messi, Guillermo Marín, for the next 16 March, in relation with the operation "Firmament", on bleaching of money through musical and sportive events . It will be the first judicial statement in this cause.

The judge investigates if the bottoms collected in the charitable parties "Friends of Messi against the rest of the world" devoted to the ends under suspicion. The Civil Guard initiated the investigation in 2013 against a criminal organisation, mainly of Colombian origin, that with the collaboration of Spanish citizens devoted supposedly to the bleaching of money by means of the celebration of musical and sportive events in Spain, Sudamérica and United States.

By these facts, the same year, the court of instruction number 51 of Madrid opened previous diligences to be able to determine how, in Spain, could be organising turn of concerts with the intention to bleach pertinent money of the drug trafficking.

The researchers arrived to the conclusion that a Colombian company would be behind the organisation in Spain of several concerts, and that this signature was the same that organised the football matchs known like "The battle of the Stars" or "Friends of Messi against the rest of the world".

The Civil Guard took statement in those moments, in quality of witnesses, to some players to obtain information on this company, and descartó his participation in the crime investigated.
