The Fiscalía descarta that Messi have incurred in bleaching

Although the charitable parties organised by the Foundation Lionel Messi in 2012 and 2013 follow under investigation, the Fiscalía of Madrid has descartado that Leo Messi incurred in bleaching of capitals; as it has aimed this Wednesday 'The Avant-garde'.

The Civil Guard reported to the forward of the Barça in relation to some hypothetical profits obtained of several friendly parties that played in Latin America between 2012 and 2013, and that they could constitute crimes of bleaching of capitals or against the Public Inland revenue. The decision of the Fiscalía of Madrid was to remit to Barcelona the investigation on the fiscal slope without pronouncing in this regard. As it considered that in case to have it had to investigate in the courts of the corresponding judicial party to the place of residence of Messi. Nevertheless, descartó the crime of bleaching for understanding that "any indication derives " against the players that took part in the meetings.

The thesis of the public prosecutor of the case, the boss of economic crimes of the Fiscalía Madrilenian, Javier Rodrigo of France, went that at all it allowed to say that the footballers "participated, neither so at least of imprudent form, in the crime of bleaching of capitals". By the contrary, concluded that it had to them apply "the jurisprudential doctrine of the designated neutral acts", by what only participated in some parties and when doing it "devoted , precisely, to develop his professional activity".

In this context, the dispatch Cuatrecasas, that advises to Messi, issued this Tuesday a communiqué underlining that neither the player, neither the foundation, neither the father of the player, that is the one who directs it, have been part of penal procedure any related with said friendly parties

The problem now resides in if they have declared or no the gains of said parties. In this case, the Fiscalía exposed that this has to investigate from Barcelona, where Leo has his residence. The public prosecutor neither affirmed neither denied that the player have committed some fraud to Inland revenue, although only I pronounce to that "in the case that there was basic for this", the investigations would have to be carried out by the courts of the corresponding judicial party to the place of residence of Messi. This finish with the theories of some newspapers where affirmed that the Fiscalía reported to Messi by fraud.
