The judge keeps opened the cause against Leo Messi

The problems of Leo Messi and his family have not finished , everything and the payments to the public inland revenue that already has done the Argentinian player. It speaks of more than 50 million euros. And it is that the judge of the court of instruction number 3 of Gavà has agreed to follow the diligences against Leo Messi and his father Jorge Horace Messi by three presumptive crimes against the public inland revenue.

Once finalised the instruction the judge requests to the Fiscal Ministry and to the lawyer of the State that formulate written of indictment in a term of ten days and ask opening of oral trial or the sobreseimiento of the cause. The judge refuses like this the pretence of the fiscalía to file the cause against Leo Messi and keep it only against his father because it thinks that exist "sufficient indications" to consider that the footballer "could have known and consented the creation and maintenance of a structure societaria fictitious, that had like only purpose evade the fulfillment of the obligations tributarias derived of the income generated by the exploitation of his rights of image".
