The "duties" of Neymar in the Barça, according to "Football Leaks"

During the last hours, "Football Leaks" has desvelado the secrets of the agreement of Neymar Jr with the FC Barcelona, signed in summer of 2013, destapando all the clauses that allow to the Brazilian star endow of a wide wins of "economic" prizes in function of the quantity of parties that play in the Barça, of the performance that contribute and of the titles that finish winning the team each season. 

In the agreement, besides, remain stipulated some "duties" of Neymar Jr and also prohibitions, between which appear not practising sports of risk that can mermarle physically and not playing to the póker with quantities of important money. The main premise and obligation of Neymar Jr, in this sense, is the one to "keep his physical and sportive condition to the maximum level", since the player has to "participate in the trainings and other preparatory and instrumental activities that have the club between which include the physical recovery to keep his physical and sportive condition to the maximum possible level for the optimum fulfillment of the object of the present agreement".

In spite of everything, has to avoid activities that can put him in danger, like the following: "Make activities that restrict the necessary physical rest, participate in activities considered of danger or risk, such as (with character ejemplificativo and no limiting) the driving of motorbikes, aquatic motorbikes, parapentes, ski, climbing or equivalent, the driving of vehicles of engine with a tax of upper alcohol to the administratively allowed by the state norm".

And although it did not do lacking to put it by writing, the Barça appears in the agreement that Neymar has also forbidden "to incur in doping or consumption, supply or sale of incompatible substances with the professional practice of the football, breaking legal norms, statutory, federative, normative, of competitions or of changing room".

To some means of Madrid like the daily "ACE", in any case, has called them the attention the point of the agreement in which it reads that Neymar will have to do the maximum efforts for learning the Catalan culture to integrate better in his society. "It will have to do the maximum efforts to integrate in the Catalan society, respecting and assuming the cultural values of the same, engaging especially in the learning of the Catalan tongue, fundamental vehicle for the mentioned integration. The club will put the necessary means to favour this integration, forming to the player in the knowledge of the Catalan", says in the agreement.

In this coyuntura, Neymar Jr has to "abstain of any behaviour that contradict the pacts and the spirit of the present agreement or was improper of the sportive activity, as well as of any performance that can ocasionar a damage to the image of the player and/or to the interests and image of the Barcelona. To title enunciativo and no limiting, the player will abstain to carry out acts that comport to risk quantities and money or objects economically evaluables, in shape of envites, quinielas or bets, on the results of competitions in which it participate Barcelona".

And, finally, Neymar has to respect like the rest of his mates the norms of the changing room, the schedules and the calendar on holiday and of trainings. "It does not have to break the norms of changing room or instructions received of the relative technical body to the rest, schedules, attention to means or any others that are on purpose qualified as of strict fulfillment".
