The mythical ex trainer of the Real Madrid that starred the series of 34 consecutive parties without losing during the season 1988-89, equalised this season -for the moment- by the FC Barcelona, Leo Beenhakker, has criticised the model of management of Florentino Pérez
"I do not understand that the Real Madrid do not have sportive direction because this is the base: work with people that looks for players, work very together with the technical picture. And no only for fichar players for the first team but also for the quarry", has explained the ex trainer, that won three consecutive Leagues during the stage in which it was technical of the group merengue.
"This does not have relation with the greatness of the Real Madrid. They are looking for and I do not know why, because I do not know the details. It is the hour also to have more tranquility, intelligence and credibility to form a big team", signals. Besides, it sees a lot of remarkable differences between the Real Madrid that trained he and that marvelled in Spain, regarding the Real Madrid current of Zidane.
"The most important, to part to have to big like Hugo Sánchez, Butragueño, Míchel, Camacho... It was to have a very complete team. The big advantage of that team is that we did not have altibajos, play two or three years more or less with the same team. And this helps to create a strong team". In this sense, the continuous traspasos mediáticos and changes of trainer seems that little they favour to the Real Madrid so that it purchase a solid chemistry in the changing room.
