Complaint against the Real Madrid by chants vejatorios

The federation of Disabled Intellectual of Catalonia has presented a complaint against the Real Madrid by chants vejatorios of a part of his fans that include calificativos like "subnormal" or similar. The federation thinks that attack against the dignity of the community

The federation of Disabled Intellectual of Catalonia (Dincat), that groups to more than 300 entities of disabled that attend some 30.000 people, has presented a complaint in front of the Commission Antiviolencia against the Real Madrid by the chants vejatorios of a part of the fans madridista. In a communiqué, the federation considers that the use of the calificativo "subnormal", or similar, like insult and despise to the rival, attentive against the dignity of the community.

Eight months ago, Dincat already interposed a complaint in front of the Commission Against the Violence, the Racism, the Xenofobia and the Intolerance in the Sport by chants vejatorios in sportive enclosures and the commission the desestimó because it did not present against one or people in concrete. Now, they have concretised in his complaint that the chants that profirieron the fans of the Real Madrid as "be of the Barça is to be a subnormal" or "Messi is a subnormal", that a part of the fans madridistas sang during the party between the Real Madrid and the Barcelona of the month of October in the Bernabéu.

The federation Dincat remembers that eight months ago already presented a complaint to demand that the sportive authorities adopted "the necessary measures to eradicate these behaviours antideportivos in the fields of football, and that imposed the corresponding sanctions to the managers". The Commission Antiviolencia desestimó the question because it did not report any concrete act neither asked that it sanctioned a club or a person or concrete people.
