The Fiscalía Provincial of Madrid has presented both querellas against the player of the Real Madrid, the Portuguese Fabio Coentrao and the exjugador of the Athletic of Madrid, the Colombian Radamel Falcao to those who accuses to defraud jointly almost seven million euros to Inland revenue.

The Public Ministry accuses to Coentrao to defraud to Inland revenue with 1,29 million euros between 2012 and 2014. Thus, it imputes them five crimes against the Public Inland revenue in relation with the income tax. The investigation against Falcao and Coentrao initiated as a result of the data remitted by the Agency Tributaria on his fiscal situation.

The footballer luso subscribed in 2011 an agreement by which simulated the cession of his rights of image to the society Rodinn Company, domiciliada in Panama.
