Barça says "no" to the PSG counteroffer for Neymar

FC Barcelona would have rejected the counter offer offered by PSG this past Thursday by Neymar. The Catalans would see the figure requested by the Parisians too high and the signing would now be more complicated than ever
The signing of Neymar Jr could have put almost impossible after the refusal of the FC Barcelona to the last contraoferta of Paris Saint-Germain.
