CONFIRMED: Arthur Melo will not arrive to the FC Barcelona this summer

The Guild of Carry Cheerful has confirmed that Arthur Melo will not arrive to the FC Barcelona until December of this 2018. In the Brazilian club want to retain to his midfield player crashes at all costs and like this has communicated it the president of the Guild

Besides, the president of the Brazilian entity wanted to go further and ensured that the FC Barcelona in any moment has seated with the Guild to negotiate that Arthur incorporate to the discipline culé before the next winter: "Never the Barcelona has carried to the table of negotiation the interest for carrying to Arthur in the half of this year".
In this case, Romildo Bolzan himself admitted that the Barça himself has right to execute the option of purchase by the midfield player, that is of 30 million euros more 9 in variables: "The only thing to which has right the Barcelona is to exert the options to buy. In this case, they have to make the payment of the transaction until the day 15 July".
