The Barça considers "disproportionate" the sentence that forbids to the club fichar until January of 2016 and no descarta resort in front of the Federal Court Swiss

The first reaction of the Barça in front of the sentence of the Court of Arbitration of the Sport has been conclusive. The Barcelona club, that has admitted to have incurred in errors in this sense, considers the disproportionate "sanction, since it supposes an immoderate punishment for the club", explains.

The club will study the resolution of the TAS "and will value the different legal options available, between others, the possibility to resort the referee's decision of the TAS in front of the Federal Court Swiss", as it concludes the text.
