The Barça expresses his indignation to the Fiscalía by the 'case Neymar'

The FC Barcelona has issued this Saturday in the morning a communiqué in reply to the Fiscalía of the National High Court by the case of the investigation that this organism has initiated on the agreement of Neymar. The club shows totally indignant

In the text, the club declares outraged by this procedure, that describes as "unusual", and defends vigorously the legality of the signing of the Brazilian player, that defines like a "flawless operation", although it recognises that it was "complex, of engineering negotiator". To continuation, reproduce the unabridged text of the communiqué: 

"The FC Barcelona (FCB) wants to express his more forceful indignation by the report of the Fiscal of the National High Court on the signing of Neymar gives Silva Santos Junior issued this Friday. It results unusual that the Public prosecutor, after having requested the agreements with the player and the annual accounts of the club, request now new diligences without interesting him the statement of the querellado". 

"It results also difficult to understand because in his diligences the Public prosecutor requests by rogatory commission jobs to entities like the FIFA or the Saints FC that the FCB already has put to disposal of the court or that the FCB could contribute if it requires him , as it already did the past 26 December. The decision of the Public prosecutor extends doubts on a flawless operation and that has allowed to the FCB explain, by 57 million euros, with an also wished player by our competitors". 

"Besides, it is criticable that practise new diligences by behaviours that will lengthen unnecessarily a process that always have considered unfounded and reckless. In front of the gravity of these facts, and in spite of trusting the good deed of the Justice, will act with forcefulness in defence of the honorabilidad of the FCB and of his president".
